In a veiled reference to the Chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy, state Panchyat Raj minister K Jana Reddy said that leaking of the views expressed in the core committee meeting held last week was 'in-disciplinary'.
He asked what was the need to leak information to the media after the meeting was over. Whatever information shared with the party high command by the state leaders attended the meeting was confidential and secret. It was not good on part of the leaders to leak the information to the media and create confusion on the contentious Telangana issue.
There was much hue and cry over the leaking of the information from the roadmaps submitted by the Chief minister, Deputy Chief minister D Rajanarasimha and PCC President B Satyanarayana in the core committee meeting.
He expressed confidence that the centre will soon announce Telangana during his meeting with the Congress MPs at his chambers in the Secretariat. V. Hanumantha Rao, Rapolu Ananda Bhaskar, Ponnam Prabhakar, Palvai Govardhan Reddy and Rajaiah are among those who met the minister.
