Producer Neelima Tirumalasetty who shot to fame with stylish entertainer 'Panjaa' is now testing her luck yet again at the Box Office with 'Alias Janaki'. She reveals about the advice given by Pawan and how it helped her to think differently, apart from giving the confidence to work with newcomers.
'Pawan Kalyan once told me that I should be doing small budget films, apart from the biggies. It was he who motivated me to encourage the new talents in the Industry with concept-based movies,' reveals the producer.
Neelima made it clear Rahul Venkat wasn't chosen to play the protagonist just because he was a cousin of Mega Brothers. Only after roping him for the project, they came to know about his background.
'Alias Janaki' is the story of a guy (Janaki Ram), a son of school teacher, who comes to the city from village after getting a government job. Disappointed by the rampant corruption in the society, he takes up the mission to fight for the values taught by his school teacher-father. The songs of the film have become so popular and about 3 lakhs downloads have been done already. Touted to be a realistic and hard-hitting film, 'Alias Janaki' is expected to set a new trend in Tollywood which is more popular for action and love-based flicks.
