TRS expelled leader Raghunandan told the media that he met the CBI JD Lakshmi Narayana and handed over the evidences he had against the TRS chief K Chandrasekhara Rao and MLA Harish Rao to him.
He said he gave a written request for investigation into the illegal collections of the TRS. He said the JD assured that he would discuss with legal experts and get back to him.
It may be recalled that Raghu Nandan made charges that the TRS chief KCR and his nephew Harish Rao were taking kickbacks, mortgaging the Telangana movement. He charged that Harish took Rs. 80 lakhs from the management of the Padmalaya Studios, for remaining silent on their land scam.
He also alleged that the kickbacks deal was struck at the residence of TRS MP Vijaya Santi, in her husband’s presence. A day later, Raghunandan met the DGP Dinesh Reddy and complained that his life was under threat.
