On the eve of legend Nandamuri Taraka Ramarao's 90th birth anniversary, Congress government has shown its true colors and even Loksabha speaker failed to follow protocol, resulting in a huge insult for NTR's statue.
It could be recollected that after enormous pressure from Telugudesam party and many Telugu people,Congress government has finally installed a statue of NTR in the premises of parliament recently.
However, the protocol is that whenever a death or birth anniversary of a person who was installed as a statue in parliament occurs, Loksabha speaker should pay homage. But not even a single garland or at least a small flower was kept in front of NTR's statue today. Telugudesam party is going to take this issue seriously and will be raising it in parliament soon.
Political analysts felt that Congress party will generally honour those statues that will fetch them popularity among vote banks. There is no need to describe the names of those persons anyway
